Meet Katie
Katie Keich is the Founder and CEO of Full Advantage, LLC. Katie started Full Advantage in 2019 after seeing a need in the marketplace for education and done-for-you services in billing, payment processing, credit and collections. She is a Senior Executive with over 20+ years of experience and a proven track record working in the logistics and supply chain industry. Her extensive experience gives her valuable insight from lingo to process that allow her to support our clients in achieving their goals expertly and efficiently.
Previously, Katie held the role of Vice President of Commercial Services, building out a new division of commercial services offering customized workshops, training, and consulting for insideARM and The iA Institute. Before that, she worked her way up from being an Accounts Receivable Specialist to Director of Credit & Collections as the organization grew from a franchise with under $5M in revenue to a global logistics organization with $1.5B+ in revenue.
Though Full Advantage serves partners across the globe, Katie was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, and she thinks there’s something special about partnering with local companies.
In between growing her company and attaining her personal and professional goals, she can be found spending time with her husband and two children. Together, they love to travel especially to Disney and the beach. Growing up as an athlete herself, Katie now loves coaching local girls basketball teams.
Meet Stephanie
Stephanie Henriques has recently joined the Full Advantage LLC team as the new Director of Client Relations and Sales. Stephanie comes from an extensive background in developing and running an entire credit department for a multi-million dollar shipping company. Her roles included helping create a credit policy, running credit applications on new and existing customers and managing all customer credit lines. In doing this, she was able to contribute in decreasing future bad debt.
Stephanie took a short break from the corporate world to stay at home and raise her two children. Although she enjoyed being home full time to be there for her kids, she is very excited to be back doing what she loves.
Meet Tara
With decades of experience in Marketing and Communications, Tara is thrilled to support Full Advantage in the role of Marketing and Business Development. Seeing ideas come to fruition, exceeding expectations and rising to a challenge excite her. Her values so closely align with Full Advantage’s, so coming on board to develop the company’s brand and support its growth feels like the perfect fit. Tara is eager to be a part of Full Advantage’s future. With a wide range of experience in a variety of roles from project management, public relations, customer service, management and more Tara is well-suited to serve both Full Advantage and our clients. Some of the descriptors Tara uses to describe herself include: dynamic, driven, creative, event planner, goal-setter, nature lover, bookworm, coffee drinker, music lover, volunteer, traveler, community builder. Her most favorite title is mom to her two kids. When not working she loves spending time exploring with them and cheering them on whether they’re on the court or on stage. She loves the beach, traditions and time with family and friends.
Meet Kirstin
Kirstin possesses a wealth of experience in the collections and logistics field. With a specialization in freight, her knowledge has her serving in a key role on the Full Advantage team. In her role as Logistics Operations Team Lead she trains and manages other team members ensuring they understand our clients’ needs, goals and processes. She encourages the team and works to ensure goals are exceeded. She looks forward to continuing to grow along with Full Advantage. When she’s not crushing goals and motivating her team, you’ll find her with her family. She loves soaking up time with them and traveling. She also enjoys cooking, painting and nurturing her plants.
Meet Nikki
Nikki’s educational experience includes a Bachelor's degree in science. She spent nine years in pediatrics which first began in medical billing and ended with assisting physicians with small procedures and surgeries as a medical assistant. After having her first son, she decided to leave the medical field and began teaching in early education. Now, joining the Full Advantage team, Nikki brings her diverse experience together to serve our clients as a Logistics Operations Specialist I with billing, collections and other critical operations. As a seamless extension of their business. She believes her most important role begins within her family and taking care of her two little boys. When living in Florida, her family most enjoyed days spent together hanging out at the beach and playing in the sand and water. Now that they recently relocated from Florida to Pennsylvania, her family is excited to experience all four seasons. She’s also happy “to be closer to our team at Full Advantage and committed to helping our clients grow.”
Meet Erica
Erica’s many years of owning and operating a business herself give her a unique perspective making her a valuable Full Advantage team member. Her understanding of all areas of business and the point of view of an owner-operator give her insight and an ability to relate to our clients that couldn’t be gained otherwise. Serving on our team as Logistics Operations Specialist I she serves our clients in back office operations as an extension of their business. When she’s not working, She may be boxing, baking, shopping or spending time with family including her college-age daughter. She also likes traveling and heading to the beach.
Meet Carol
Carol possesses more than twenty years of experience handling all areas of billing and collections. Additionally, she managed new patient intakes. Her background in this professional area leads her to serve our Full Advantage clients with her expertise. In her role as an Administrative Operations Specialist, she handles our clients needs with ease. When not working, she loves family time and listening to classic rock bands with her husband. She also enjoys traveling, the beach and casual walks.
Meet Debbie
Debbie recently joined our Full Advantage team as an Administrative Operations Specialist. She possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Safety, and Sales Groups working 42 Years for a major company in the Lehigh Valley. She also worked part-time for a major retail store in customer services for seventeen years. As one can see from her experience, she is passionate about customer service and business. She enjoys working with both her clients and colleagues in her role at Full Advantage she is dedicated to meeting our clients needs and achieving their goals. She is excited about supporting Full Advantage’s growth. When not working, Debbie enjoys time with family including her three grandchildren. Her favorite ways to relax are going to the beach and reading.
