The Full Advantage Story

Full Advantage (FA) was founded in February 2019 after our CEO, Katie Keich, completed a decade working in corporate America. She witnessed a need for education and solutions around improving billing, payment processing, credit and collections in the marketplace. Our mission's central focus is to help you increase sales while reducing your credit losses.

By November 2019, FA was given an opportunity to work with one of the top ten largest companies in the world. Our expertise and relationship skills were put to the test as we were tasked with bridging and improving the gap of communication between onshore and offshore teams.

From the end of 2019 through 2021, FA was tasked with implementing effective and efficient collections operations for two small third-party collections agencies. We completely revamped all back-office functions and equipped the companies with upgraded tools, resources, technology and updated procedures. It was important that we were building a strong foundation ensuring they could sustain growth. Today, they are both well positioned for scale.

In mid-2021, the FA team was selected as the strategic partner to create, launch, and maintain the entire back-office operations for a startup technology in the freight industry. FA stepped up to the assignment and this company achieved $15.1M in revenue year one! The company attributes their success to their ability to focus on sales and customer service because of the responsibilities FA owned. FA enabled them to hyper-focus on sales growth adding $5M+ in revenue in the first 90 days. This organization is positioned to do $25M in year two.

In Quarter Two of 2022, FA was awarded the opportunity work with a $1B innovative transportation company. For this client, FA provides services such as making collection calls, starting the dispute process, and resolving outstanding past due balances. The FA team quickly completed training and was efficiently able to be inserted as a plug-and-play extension of their existing financial services team. FA also offers contract review and modification services to protect clients from the start.

Today, FA is focused on continuing to foster relationships and growing with existing and future clients. We are writing our company story as we take Full Advantage to new heights.
